Quilting 101 – Quilting for beginning sewers. This quick and easy machine-pieced quilt is a great introduction to quilting if you have little or no sewing experience. Learn the basic skills of rotary cutting, sewing a straight ¼" seam, matching points and pressing seams. The last class will cover information on turning your quilt top into a finished quilt. This process, developed by Becky Jackson, is almost impossible to detect when finished. No bulky seams to cover and no extra handwork - it is all done on the machine!! You may use the card to purchase your supplies for class or save it for a later time. If you cancel 7 days before class you may receive a full refund or transfer your fee to another class.
