Quilting by Design Ready to see your quilting in a whole new way? These fun, hands-on classes will help you explore the elements and principles of design and the impact they have on your quilts. You’ll play with color, texture, line, and balance to see how these building blocks work together to create beautiful, eye-catching results. Through examples, guided activities, and plenty of inspiration, you’ll learn how to make design choices that reflect your personal style. Whether you love traditional patterns or modern flair, these classes will give you fresh ideas and confidence to design quilts that truly stand out. Each month we will meet twice. During the first meeting, we will go through activities to learn the theory and importance of each element and how they affect our visual interpretation. During the second meeting, we will be developing a quilt block that uses the theories learned. You can pick and choose the sessions you would like to take or sign up for the whole series.
