Any Judy Niemeyer Quilt Work Day - 2025

Bring your foundation paper piecing project and get help from Quiltworx Certified Instructor, Michael Davison. Judy Niemeyer, Jacqueline de Jonge, or any other paper piecing project is great - or any project really, if you would like to come and sew with us! Also, for brand-new paper piecers, Michael will demo at the beginning of each session to get you started on your paper piecing journey.
Basic quilting supplies like a rotary cutter, cutting mat, iron, pressing surface, rulers for trimming, etc.

Check with Michael for necessary supplies, but here are some he uses for paper piecing:

Add-A-Quarter 18” Ruler
Add-A-Quarter Plus Combo 6” and 12” Rulers
Plastic Fold Templates 6”, 12” and 18”
Easy Press Pen Essentials (Starch Pen, Starch, Extra Nibs)
Glue Pen
Glue Pen Cartridge Refills

Quilt Country Classroom Guidelines

To ensure all Quilt Country students get the most out of their classes, we ask that you please follow the guidelines below:

1.      Students are expected to be on time, with all supplies, and ready to go by start of class.  
2.      After unloading your class supplies, please move your car to the parking lot in the middle of the shopping center.
3.      Due to common allergies, please do not wear perfume to class.
4.      For the safety of all, please keep your belongs stowed. Check for stray pins and tidy your sewing area when packing up after class.
5.      Please turn off cell phone ringers during class and only receive calls outside the classroom.
6.      Please be considerate and do not bring children to class, unless the class is specifically for children, and the child is participating in the class.  
7.      Please mind your conversations in volume and content so everyone feels comfortable.
   
   

Quilt Country Classroom Policy

1.      All students attend class at their own risk.
2.      The use of any Quilt Country tools and equipment is at the students’ own risk.
3.      Quilt Country is not responsible for the loss of or damage to students’ personal items.
4.      At the instructor’s discretion, students arriving 15 minutes or more after the start of class may not be permitted to take the class – tuition will be forfeited.
5.      If you are unable to attend the class (cancellation policy):
6.      If attendance is cancelled a week or more in advance of the class – full refund.
7.      If attendance is cancelled between 3 and 7 days in advance of the class – store credit will be issued for the class fee amount.
8.       No refund or credit will be issued for “no shows” or cancellations less than three (3) days in advance of the class.
