Quilt Country and Studio 180 Design Certified Instructor, Nikki Mundt, are bringing you a gorgeous
5-month Mystery Quilt for 2026. Nikki will introduce you to a new Studio 180 Design tool each month,
for a total of 4, as you navigate your way through the different units that will make up the finished quilt. Each class will be held on the first Saturday of the month with the first 3 hours focusing on instruction for using the tool and the second 3 hours for sewing. You do not have to be familiar with the tools to sign up.
You may purchase your Studio 180 Design tools 2 ways.
Option One - You can buy a “New to Studio 180 Design” tool kit that will have everything
you will need for the quilt. The tools needed are: V Block, Wing Clipper I, Split Rects,
and Square Squared. Please reserve your tool kit by December 15, 2025.
Option Two - You can buy the tools individually as the class progresses (maybe you already have them).
The quilt will finish at 88” x 104”. Fabric kits for the mystery quilt will be available in 3 color ways. There will be a rich Jewel Tone kit made up of gorgeous batiks; a fun and fresh Bright kit, also made up of batiks; and sophisticated Neutral Tone kit made up of printed cottons. Each kit will be $205.00 and will include over 13 yards of fabric for the top and binding. Backing fabric is not included.

Registration fee: $18.00 due at signup
Monthly Class Fee: $45.00 due at signup ($45 per month for 5 months)
Class Dates: February 7, March 7, April 4, and May 2, July 11
Class Time: 10:00 am to 4:30 pm

Quilt Country Classroom Guidelines

To ensure all Quilt Country students get the most out of their classes, we ask that you please follow the guidelines below:

1.      Students are expected to be on time, with all supplies, and ready to go by start of class.  
2.      After unloading your class supplies, please move your car to the parking lot in the middle of the shopping center.
3.      Due to common allergies, please do not wear perfume to class.
4.      For the safety of all, please keep your belongs stowed. Check for stray pins and tidy your sewing area when packing up after class.
5.      Please turn off cell phone ringers during class and only receive calls outside the classroom.
6.      Please be considerate and do not bring children to class, unless the class is specifically for children, and the child is participating in the class.  
7.      Please mind your conversations in volume and content so everyone feels comfortable.
   
   

Quilt Country Classroom Policy

1.      All students attend class at their own risk.
2.      The use of any Quilt Country tools and equipment is at the students’ own risk.
3.      Quilt Country is not responsible for the loss of or damage to students’ personal items.
4.      At the instructor’s discretion, students arriving 15 minutes or more after the start of class may not be permitted to take the class – tuition will be forfeited.
5.      If you are unable to attend the class (cancellation policy):
6.      If attendance is cancelled a week or more in advance of the class – full refund.
7.      If attendance is cancelled between 3 and 7 days in advance of the class – store credit will be issued for the class fee amount.
8.       No refund or credit will be issued for “no shows” or cancellations less than three (3) days in advance of the class.
